Withdrawal processing details
  1. Login to your XBet account
  2. Go to the ‘Cashier’ section
  3. Click on ‘Payout’
  4. Submit your payout with your preferred withdrawal method available.
  5. Our System will calculate the rollover for you.
  6. If you have completed the Rollover requirement, your withdrawal will go through as normal.
  7. If your withdrawal is rejected due to Rollover, a pop-up screen will inform you of this. At this point, you may request the calculation automatically by clicking on the ‘My Rollover‘ green button. This will send you an email, to your registered address on file, with your complete Rollover calculation.
  8. XBet accepts withdrawal requests 7 days a week. We process withdrawals on a first-come, first-served basis.
  9. Payout requests take approximately 2 business days to be processed.
  10. Requested withdrawal funds will be deducted from the player account upon completing the authorization process.
  11. The withdrawal fees will be deducted from your XBet account balance. Should your account balance drop below the requested payout amount at any point, your payout will be automatically canceled.
  12. All players may request a maximum of one withdrawal per method each week. Players must roll over all deposited funds at least 1x prior to requesting a withdrawal.
  13. Once all pre-authorized or pending deposits to your XBet account have been settled, we can process your payout in as little as 24 hours.
  14. Players will be required to submit verification at least once prior to any withdrawal request being processed. Verification may be requested either by documentation or via SMS at the sole discretion of XBet.
