An error saying “connection lost” message on a desktop or laptop PC can be caused by a poor internet signal or intermittent connection issue. If you receive this error, please check:
- Restart your computer
- Restart your computer and network devices connected (i.e. modem, router, access points) off and on again.
- Once your computer has restarted, and the network equipment connected, please try to connect again to our games.
- Contact Support – If the connection error persists for a long time, contact customer support.
