There may be occasions in which the automatic grading may take a little longer, because of high internet traffic, for example. Allow 5 minutes for the grading process to take place. If you still don’t see the bet graded properly after this time, or you have a discrepancy, please contact us with:

1. Your account information is for verification and security purposes.
2. Event information and evidence of your claim.

We will examine the information and confirm that the event (s) is final through official sources and/or these third-party trusted sites:

• https://www.flashscore.com/

If we rule your claim as valid, we will escalate the issue to a Supervisor and take action on your account. We usually do the resolution of these issues in a matter of minutes.
